1) Will a taller person feel warmer than a shorter person due to the convection currents?
2) Is it always warmer to stay on the 40th storey of a building than the 15th storey? If yes, then why do people feel "cooler" on the uppermost levels of a building?
1 No,I don't think so as the convection currents usually travel quite high up and even if a person is very tall he cannot be so tall to be able to feel more heat then shorter people.
2Well,there is much more wind on the uppermost levels so it should be cooler on the 40th storey than 15th storey.I do not know how to relate it to the convection currents as if I do,it will make no sense.Because my sentences will be contradicting: 1.It is much windier on the higher levels of a building so it is cooler.2.It will be warmer due to the convection currents as hot air rises up.
I do not know which statement is correct.Help, please?
